Conditions of entry

• This Open will be held on a handicap basis in accordance with the Rules of Golf approved by the R&A.
• Pairs must be one male and one female amateurs as defined by the current rules of amateur status and be members of recognised golf clubs.
• Entries are limited to 38 teams (76 players) on a first come, first served basis.
• Maximum handicap index of 24.0 for men and 36.0 for ladies at the time of entry.
• Men will play from the yellow tees and ladies from the red tees.
• The stroke allowance will be 0.6 or lower and 0.4 of higher course handicaps.
• In the event of a tie, the result will be determined by countback.
• The entrance fee includes all catering and prizes - £110 per team.
• Competitors may not take more than one prize.
• The entrance fee will only be refunded at the discretion of the Committee.
• All matters relating to the competition shall be settled by the Committee, whose decision will be final.
