Piltdown Golf Club are keen to make golf as available and accessible as possible to the local community. To achieve this objective, it allows up to 50 local residents the opportunity for affordable, off-peak golf through membership of the Triangle.
The Triangle is 99 years old and will be celebrating its centenary in 2025. The Club are members of the Artisans Golfing Association and play competitive golf against other similar Artisan Clubs such as Rye and Royal Ashdown.
Triangle members must live within the parishes of Fletching, Uckfield, Newick, Isfield, Barcombe, Maresfield, Nutley, Fairwarp, Chailey, Framfield & Buxted.
Their subscription will be half that of a full Piltdown member of the same age. The Triangle operate from their own clubhouse and run their own competitions and matches. Triangle competitions are played on a Wednesday afternoon and Sunday late morning/early afternoon.
In return for reduced price access to the course, Triangle members are expected to take part in occasional working parties on the course.
