Piltdown welcomes societies and groups of all sizes.
To get an idea of price, please select what you want from the list below, or talk to Céline or Phil in the office.
If you require individual catering arrangements or anything that doesn't appear on the list, please call and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The office is usually available between 8am and 5pm on weekdays, on 01825 722033 (Ext: 5), or on email office@piltdowngolfclub.co.uk
All packages come with tea & coffee included on arrival.
Please be aware of the following restrictions:
- We do not allow societies on Tuesday or Thursday mornings, or at weekends.
- We are 2 balls only from the 1st tee until 11.00am
- Societies must start after 9.15am
- To book an evening meal, we require a minimum of 16 diners

Menu Ideas
By booking a society you are accepting the rules of the Club and also our dress code.
- On the course, usual golf attire is expected. Shorts must be tailored (no cargo shorts) and worn with sports socks of any length. Men's shirts should be tucked in.
- In and around the clubhouse, smart casual wear or clean golfing attire is acceptable. Please do not wear frayed, torn, split or unevenly faded items of clothing. Please do not wear flip-flops in or around the clubhouse.
- In the dining room, men are to wear jacket and tie, except on days when this requirement is expressly relaxed.
